Frances L. Butler

Dr. Linda F. Williams, DSW wrote with Grammy-Winning songwriter, composer, and arranger, Eugene B. Record from the early- to mid-1980s. She went on to earn a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership from Calvin University, a Masters of Social Work from Western Michigan University, and a doctorate in Social Work from Capella University. She retired from federal government service as a public administrator. She is now a business consultant and CEO of Whose Apple Dynamic Coaching and Consulting Services.
