Bakim Hey

Bakim Hey is a brazilian trio of free musical improvisation formed by Leandro Archela, Paulo Hartmann and Rodrigo Gobbet. Leandro Archela (SP) is a multi-instrumentalist musician who lives in the universe of sound and audiovisual exploration. Under the nickname of Holofonica, he presents a creative music project where the antirational proposition of sound landscapes develops through the free manipulation and experimentation of voices, musical instruments and electronic effects. Paulo Hartmann (SP) is an instrumentalist specializing in prepared guitar. He is dedicated to the creation of loops in real time, as well as presentations of tele-performance. The artist has already presented at biennales, music festivals and national and international performances in countries of Latin America and Europe. Rodrigo Gobbet (SP) is a bassist, composer and chronic self-taught in the fields of freejazz, free improvisation, audiovisual and sound research. He has been a member of the band JZSMTK and OgØ, has sound projects in festivals, shows, recordings and cinema in Brazil and abroad in partnership with artists from different countries. He currently plays with MARV, Pscina and Death Disco Machine.
