South African folk group of the 1960s, with: 1. Ricky Beckman – guitar, double bass, slide trombone, vocals 2. Warwick Johnson – 12 string guitar, vocals 3. Editha & Christina Bassel (twins) – vocals 4. Ernest Wiehe – bass (apparently a Frenchman from Mauritius) Other musicians (if I’m interpreting Keith Moffat’s rather diarrhetic sleeve notes correctly): 1. Derek Marks – bass 2. Cecil Ricca – bongos 3. Keith Moffat – drums the album “A Bird In Hand”, released in 1967. It was recorded at A.V.S. Sound Studios, Cape Town, between 23 and 27 January 1967.
