Chilean experimental guitarist. Inspired by the deconstruction of folklore concept developed by the renowned Violeta Parra via her investigations on Chilean countryside guitar, Felipe Moreno started his own projects as a composer and guitarist through an ensemble just named Anticueca. In 2014 he began studying transpositions for guitar on modern and urban contexts. He has settled his views on subject backed up by a catalogue of works in the shape of a three-piece which includes Moreno himself on guitarrón chileno -kind of Renaissance's Spanish guitar but with a deeper body and a 3-keys lower tunning-, the well-known Akinetón Retard's Leo Arias on saxophone, and Francisco Isco Campos on the drums. This lineup has recorded two studio albums plus one live at University of Chile Radio's Sala Master.
