Wilson originally from the surf-coast hometown of Torquay, Victoria moved to Melbourne and played in a variety of instruments in a succession of bands, before going solo. With the Bare River Queens (often) backing up, the sweet country tunes turn into a thick mixture of rockabilly, country and indie alternative.
