Steve Caton ran the Manchester clothes store Geese for two decades from the mid-eighties and held fashion shows at the Hacienda. The founder, owner, buyer, Stephen Caton - a former military aircraft designer. Caton set up shop in 1985 to sell wool wide-leg trousers with turn-ups, which had become trendy with a crowd who hung out at the Haçienda.
