Seldon

Taking their name from Hari Seldon, a character that appeared in American author Isaac Asimov's `Foundation' series, Italian band Seldon initially came together in 2008 in Florence. Marco Baroncini (vocals and keyboards) was joined by guitarist Francesco Bottai, drummer Cristiano Bottai and bass player Carlo Bonamico, and together they commenced recording. New drummer Marco Barsanti would eventually enter the group in the years that followed.
