Karen Isaia

Violinist Born March 4, 1944 - Died August 19, 2013 Karen Ann Isaia, age 69 of Brighton passed away August 19, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 4, 1944 the daughter of Anker and Frances (Gorecka) Ausland. On February 9, 1968 she married John Isaia in Detroit, Michigan. She retired July 31st, after 43 years working for Eynon Associates. A proud self-taught violinist, she played in the Redford Symphony and the Livingston Symphony. Karen loved to write poetry and enjoyed kayaking on the lake, cooking great food and spending time with her family and friends.
