In 1989, she represented Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest in Switzerland in the duo Gili and Galit, with 12-year-old Gili Nathaniel, in the song “The King’s Road”. After winning first place in the pre-Eurovision competition, the two competed in Eurovision and came 12th out of 22 contestants. They recorded an English version of their song, but the duo did not continue their activities after the song was not successful abroad.
