The Overtones (19)

The Overtones was a quartet formed by a group of Indiana High School students in 2004, founding members being Aaron Brovont, John Deboy, Augie Pence, and Paul Pence, ranging in age from 14 through 17 at that time. All of the members would then attend Perdue University. Aaron left the group in 2007 in favor of his studies, replaced by Levi Riggs, then a lead tenor of the Purdue Varsity Glee Club. While they keep in contact with their Indiana roots, they also joined the Nashville music scene, of note publishing "Everyday" in 2009 which featured songs by local Nashville writers. Several of their songs were written by Joel Douglas Brovont, Aaron's brother. Their debut album was published in 2005, "He's Got A Plan".
