American vocalist who sang with the orchestra of Sammy Kaye under the stage name "Carol Deering," and became known as "Your Sunday Serenade Sweetheart." She also sang on the radio, spoke in radio commercials, local TV in Baltimore, and wrote poetry, and columns for the Laurel Outlook.
