Dr. Vankmahn

An experimental progressive nu-metal band from Raleigh, North Carolina. Active from 2001-2003. "Formed in the Summer of 2001, out of a few bands that were good, but uninspired. We write songs that are different, catchy, deeply thoughtful and emotional. Skilled in all other instruments in the band, we were a group that just plain loved music, more than almost anything. We were slaves to music, and we make music that reflects us as individuals. We mix all different styles, such as: hardcore, metal, indie, emo, rockabilly, doo-wop, surf, and techno. We put just as much into our live show as we do our music, and our entire philosophies on life. We believe that our lives are for music."
