Chris Stone (5)

British guitarist and singer-songwriter. Stone's parents had emigrated to Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) when he was young. He was the lead guitarist of a group called The Phantoms in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and relocated back to England in the mid 1960s. In 1967, he joined The Shake Spears, replacing [a1198163]. After the group split up in the late 1960s, Stone joined [a3867029], Mick Fowler, and Mick Carter (6) in the prog rock group Fynn McCool. He later worked for Decca.
