Blues singer and guitarist, who recorded two titles for Paramount in 1927. "Blind Percy may be Six-Cylinder Smith [i.e., Six Cylinder Smith] and it has recently been suggested that both these names are pseudonyms for secular recordings by Blind Joe Taggart."
