Gerard Purcell

AKA Jerry Purcell. American television, concert and music producer, songwriter, label owner and artist manager. Based in New York City he ran GWP (2), was President of [a4391072] and started the label GWP Records. He managed artists such as [a266136], [a2431192], [a520366], September Jones and Hugo Montenegro. After his retirement from the music business set up a deal with Ace Records Ltd. to purchase his many of his R&B recordings. Purcell was born in 1915, died in 2002.
