Cecir

Cecir (born September 16th) is a Japanese visual kei guitarist. Previously known as 遥 (Haruka), he has been member of several indies bands in the early 00's including Allegory Pill and Chelsea. In 2007 he changed his stage name to Cecir and became session guitarist of Juka. One year later he founded his own band E'm～grief～
