Mika Miettinen

Finnish singer and bass player. Known as Milli, he was the sidekick and friend of the equally legendary singersongwriter and fellow postpunk stalwart Jore Vastelin who joined him in the notoriously enigmatic, starcrossed and profoundly influential new wave outfit, Kuudes Tunti (the Sixth Hour), and the much more shortlived Silmät (the Eyes) venture. They both coincidentally died prematurely, early in their careers. Born 28 December 1962. Died 9 August 1994.
