A Modest Proposal (2)

Founded in 1998 in Cologne, Germany as Stars on 45 they quickly changed their name to A Modest Proposal after playing a few shows and releasing a demo CD. Went on a tour of Germany and Austria in 2003 with [a1345501]. Disbanded in 2008 after playing their final show as the release party for their 7" "Songs on 33" at Cologne's Sonic Ballroom venue.
