Chilean composer (1924 - 1997), writing for artists as Sussy Veccky, Los Huasos Quincheros, Gloria Benavides, etc. Director from IRT (2) label. Not to be confused with his father Arturo Arancibia Uribe who composed the Music of the "Himno de Carabineros de Chile" the Anthem of the Police of Chile.
