The Grey Organization

The Grey Organisation was an artist collective active from 1983 to 1991. Founded by Toby Mott in London, the Grey Organisation worked in several media, including film and video. In the 1980s, whilst living in New York, GO produced a series of album covers for the Tommy Boy record label, including De La Soul's 3 Feet High And Rising and for the band Information Society; and made music videos for bands such as [a20991] (Mixed Emotions), Public Enemy (Shut Em Down), and [a3268] (Can I Kick It?).
