Voga-Turnovszky

Hungarian pop-rock-folk duo formed in the mid-80s. They achieved nationwide success with their cover versions of then-current Hungarian and international blockbusters. Sometimes their acerbic, wildly funny and merciless interpretations became more popular than the original versions. Also, under the guise of "Music director", they released four kitschy schlager/folk LPs as Gémes Trió.
