Tina L'hotsky (November 3, 1951, August 16, 2008) was an actress, writer and filmmaker. She studied Art and Design at the Cleveland Institute of Art before moving to New York and became a personality on the Downtown New York Scene in the late 1970's where she was known as "Queen of the Mudd Club". Tina Lhotsky wrote lyrics to the Dutch electronic/cold wave group Minny Pops first album. She also starred in low budged art movies such as "Long Island Four" along with Klaus Nomi and in 1981 "The Loveless" directed by Kathryn Bigelow as well as in the several music videos during the 1080´s. Her published work includes two short novels, Crazy Spanish Girls and Soul Music. Tina L'hotsky died with breast cancer in August 16 2008.
