Norman Hunter (3)

England international footballer mainly associated with Leeds United FC in his playing career. Positioned as centre-half and defensive midfielder, he was renowned for his tough tackling, attracting the nickname "Bites Yer Legs" Hunter. This is said to derive from a banner presented among his team's fans at the 1973 F.A. Cup Final against Arsenal; the banner read "Norman bites yer legs".
