Jean-Pierre Bertrand

French musician (bagpipes) and author, collector and archivist of traditional music from the Vendée region since the early 1970s. President and founder of the Arexcpo association (Association de Recherche et d'EXpression pour la Culture Populaire en Vendée) in 1977.
