The Spheres are an audiovisual collective from Melbourne, Australia who soundtrack the light thrown from projectors with hissy amplifiers and broken beats. Themes of collective creative obsession include the melancholy of memory, the entropy of atrophy, capitalism and the sea. The Spheres are an experimental AV ensemble who explore the conflux of sound art, post rock and silent cinematics.
