Andrew Komis

DJ and producer from Montreal, Canada. Founded Bigshot Records in Toronto with Nick Fiorucci in 1988 and First Choice in 1991. Worked with British label Network Records for whom he brokered licensing deals with Smack (Smack Music UK) and Johnny Vicious (Vicious Muzik Records). Died from leukaemia on 9th August 2008 in California. He was 41 years old.
