After The VSS disbanded, Sonny Kay went on to start Subpoena The Past and [a550712], while the band's other three members regrouped in San Francisco in the late 90s as Slaves who changed their name to Pleasure Forever in 2000/2001. They disbanded shortly after "Alter" in 2003, but released a posthumous compilation in 2007.
