Les Matthews

Les Matthews was the president and founder of J-Bridge Productions, Inc. located in Kansas City, Missouri was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Matthews moved to KC in 1969 as a management consultant in General Electric's program to help community groups and small businesses develop sound management operations. When General Electric decided to move the program to California Matthews left the company and started a management company of his own. He later quit Les Matthews & Associates when he decided to launch J-Bridge Productions. Les was also a board member of the Black Economic Union and president of the Community Development Corporation. He attended the University of Maryland, the University of Southern Mississippi and General Electric School of Management.
