Austrian then American composer, conductor, and orchestra leader. Worked in London before he emigrated to the United States in 1935. Birth 12 Jun 1906 Vienna, Wien Stadt, Vienna (Wien), Austria Death 28 Dec 1974 (aged 68) Vienna, Wien Stadt, Vienna (Wien), Austria. He composed musical scores for many motion pictures from the 1930s to the 1960s.Working with the American composer, [a701816], he wrote the score for the musical "Two Hearts in Harmony" (1935).
