Spanish singer and composer. Sometimes credited Luis Rey as composer. Father of Mexican singer Luis Miguel. Born 28/06/1945 in Cádiz (Spain) Died 09/12/1992 in Barcelona (Spain) His artistic name was originally Luisito Gasán (combining the first syllables of his father's and mother's last name). He later settled for Luisito Rey, Luisito being the diminutive of Luis and Rey being his father's maternal surname.
