Michael L. Vancouver/Hong Kong/Shanghai Michael L., a Canadian DJ, producer, and event director as well as the founder of Antares Sound Records and EDM Global Production, is known for his dedication and relentless passion for music. He as an experienced DJ has performed in numerous large scale dance events globally including Winter Music Festival in Japan, International Music Festival (IMF) in Canada, Absolute White Party in Shanghai, Gatecrasher massive New Year’s Eve and the largest Halloween party in Western Canada Doom’s Night, etc. Moreover, he has also worked with a great number of well-known artists such as Stoneface and Terminal, Christopher Lawrence, Kyau & Albert, Marco V, Ronski Speed, Lisa Lashes, BT and many more. Throughout the years as a producer, he has frequently been supported and mentioned by world-class artists and with his recent single 'I Will Never Burn Again' featuring Alyona B. (Stoneface & Terminal Remix) was played on Armin Van Burren 'A State Of Trance' radio shows twice on episode 766/767 and also by the one and only Aly & Fila ‘Future Sound Of Egypt’ radio shows 447. In addition, Michael’s music has been included in many world top compilations including Armada "Who's Afraid Of 138?!" TOP 15 and the mighty Markus Schulz Pres."Global DJ Broadcast” Top 20 compilation on Black Hole Recordings. Yet, not only his own productions but also his collaborations with artists like Jimmy Chou's have all been constantly recognized by artists such as Paul Van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Simon Patterson, Sean Tyas, and ReOrder, etc. Also, his remix of “Summer Sun”, originally by Patrick Kay, has been selected second on Sean Tyas’ Beatport Top 10 Chart. Apart from his musical career, as an event director and founder of the event organizing company EDM Global Production, the group has successfully organized multiple sizeable events such as the Asia Winter Music Festival (AWMF) and the Macau Electronic Dance Music Festival (MEDMF) at the Venetian in Macau. Furthermore, his group also organized Gatecrasher massive New Year’s Eve in Shanghai China, which was the first large scale indoor dance music event in Mainland China. Despite his hectic schedule, Michael’s still serves as Executive Director and A&R for Antares Sound Records.
