Austrian band. From the Salzkammergut to Beijing The music project "Rauhnacht" has been around for more than 25 years. Becoming known during the “Alpinrock era” of the 90s, the band, alongside groups like Hubert von Goisern, Broadlahn, Ausseer Hardbradler or Haindling (D), earned their own place in the dialect X-Over music scene. In the beginning it was still rocky / funky, there was a slight restructuring in 2009. The band formed anew. Electric guitar, accordion and drums gave way to acoustic guitars, violins and percussion! The foundation stone for the "new" Rauhnacht was laid. The band has been playing with the same line-up since 2009. Concert tours took the Qunitett from the Salzkammergut to China, where they made a lasting impression with their wild musical mixture. honest, rough, mystical - authentic.
