Об исполнителе:
Early 80's punk hardcore band from Smithtown and Hauppauge, NY, USA. They released two cassettes and one 45 and appear on three compilations. The cassettes( Spy Vs. Spy and The R.J. Gumby Cassette) were released on Crisis Cassettes, an off-shoot of Crisis Fanzine. They were known for releasing their cassettes in Ziploc baggies which allowed them to do front and back covers comparable to a 7 inch and fill the baggie with lyric sheets and stickers. They played locally on Long Island with such bands like Suburban Defects, Rest In Pieces, Satan's Cheerleaders, and opened at the debut show of the Crumbsuckers. The cassettes are early 80s style hardcore with humorous lyrics. They later shifted to a more experimental sound, still with humorous lyrics. An albums worth of this material was recorded but never released. A tribute album featuring bands doing SFB covers was planned but never released. Bands that did songs include The Templars, Chaos U.K., and Men's Recovery Project. Although never released, most of the songs are available on Youtube.
