Frank Behnke

German author, actor, filmmaker, musician and DJ, born 1955-03-30 in West-Berlin. He works in film and TV as sound editor and cutter, and has directed a documentary on the making of David Lynch's Blue Velvet for German TV. He played guitar for Mutter between 1986 and 2002 and has been managing Klaus Beyer since 1987. He also runs the non-profit label Amsel Records which releases most of Beyer's work. As a DJ he uses the pseudonym Rank, as a musician it's Berti, and he uses Sir Frank in his Beatles radio show Nothing Is Real.
