MSV Brecht

MSV Brecht, from Berlin, Germany, is a spectacular, up-and-coming band comprising Timo Vollbrecht (tenor saxophone, bass clarinet and clarinet), Hanno Stick (drums), Peter (guitar and pedals) and Bernhard Meyer (electric bass). The band call themselves an 'Improvising collective', their compositions covering and fusing together the styles Jazz, Rock and Experimental music. Together they strive to create minimalistc landscapes of sound, electrifying grooves and melodies driven with the beauty of their simplicity. The quartet has performed at various prestigious venues in Germany and around Europe, and each musician in the band has already made a considerable mark on the Berlin Jazz Scene.
