Patrick Sylvest

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Louisiana, known for mandolin, dobro and singing. Father of Matthew Sylvest. Sylvest was born in Port Sulphur, Louisiana and grew up in Gramercy, Louisiana. He settled in Thibodaux, Louisiana, where he has played with the groups Folklure, Moss Pickers, and Hot Club De Lune as well as the duo Sylvestrings with his son Matthew.
