American vocal trio, active in the 1930s and early 1940s in Los Angeles, California, who performed on radio, at the Hotel Ambassador's Cocoanut Grove, recorded with Bing Crosby, and appeared in the 1941 film "Swing It Soldier." In 1931, the group consisted of tenor Travis B. Hale, baritone Ernest J. Derry, and tenor Kenneth Allen. By 1935, Allen had been replaced by Phil Hanna.
