Louise Lava

Belgian engineer by training and songwriter born in Gand in 1935. Revealed in 1963 by one of the "Jour De Chance" competitions at the R.T.B.F. In 1966 she wrote 5 new songs that were never engraved on vinyl following her decision to stop singing to devote herself entirely to her family life. She has composed about thirty songs of rigorous writing, exquisite melodic grace, and classicism with pure lines. Married to André Van Lint.
