Francis Larvor

Francis Larvor (b. 1955) is a French electroacoustic composer and performer, a member of Les Phonogénistes with Laurence Bouckaert and Pierre Couprie, and a professor of electroacoustic music at Conservatoire de Sarcelles, who works regularly with an artist Laurent Golon, poet Patrice Cazelles, and Eclat de Souffle dance company. Larvor works in studio, focused on electroacoustic composition, as well as gives live improvised performances, often with elements of musical theater and contemporary dance. He had been commissioned to write original music by INA-GRM, Musée De La Musique, Pierre Schaeffer, and C.E.R., and his works were broadcasted by France Musique and France Culture. Larvor's composition C'est Cassé à l 'Intérieur (1990) was released on CD compilation by Acousmatica label.
