Russ Forster

Fanzine writer and indie rock musician from Chicago. Founded Underdog Records (2) in 1986. Turned control of the label to a punk collective at the end of the '80s. Started recording extreme solo records in 1990, and now has 3 releases by RAKEHELL (Pure Pop Poison LP, Meta Fizz Ed Excuse Notes (split EP with Go Pills, and Les Petit Morts EP) and 1 release by ThE JaNgLeD (Vote Dammit! Inspirational Themes for a Broken Democracy).
