Danny Koker

American Gospel baritone singer, musician, composer, conductor and arranger. Born 17 December 1933 in Detroit, Michigan. Died 17 February 2008 (aged 74). Father of [a4758502]. In 1963, Koker, Glen Payne, and Bobby Clark formed the Cathedral Trio for evangelist Rex Humbard at the Cathedral of Tomorrow in Akron, Ohio. With the addition of bass singer George Younce a year later, the Cathedral Trio became the Cathedral Quartet. The Cathedrals immediately became a sensation with their smooth quartet sound. He spent over 20 years with the Rex Humbard Worldwide TV Ministries with whom he performed all over the world.
