John moved to the DC area in 1988. He met David Amoroso by responding to an ad for David's band. At the time, David had a keyboardist - but the two talked and felt a connection. John got married and started going by "JP Carnes-Stine" in 1996. John had an amazing time while working with InsideOUT!
