Tangerine (8)

Pop rock band formed by brother and sister Scott and Helen Hoyt in 1976. After a successful first single, Tangerine broke up in late 1977 but reformed in 1982 and played as the regular band at Club Lafitte at the Holiday Inn in Beaumont, Texas. Tangerine split again in 1984, with Helen retiring from the music business to concentrate on her family and Scott going on to play with rock band 14 K and pursuing a solo career.
