Les Rapaces (2)

First group from Mayotte island, Comores. Active from 1958 onwards. In the beginning the band played cover versions, yeye and other Indian ocean styles, mostly in hotels. Several line up changes from beginning to the 1980s, but always playing as a quartet. In 1968 they released their first instrumental 45 single.
