Guitarist in Waco, Texas. Kelly has played with bands and musicians including Javaheads, Shakin' Apostles, Clusterfunk, Fred KRC, 35South, Elephants and Lorna Willhelm And Handful of Blues. Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Guitar Performance from the University of North Texas and a Masters of Arts in Music History and Literature from Baylor University. He has taught various music-related courses at McLennan Community College and Baylor University.
