Ben Bullington

Worked as a Country Doctor in White Sulphur Springs, Montana songwriting in his downtime. He played music from an early age, recording and releasing albums with guests including Rodney Crowell and Mary Chapin Carpenter. Diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, he left work to spend time making music. Rodney said: "Back in the early seventies we were all writing songs for the purest of reasons. And there was Townes Van Zandt showing us what to do. Then along came Ben Bullington reminding us of why we do this. That's the gift we were given." Ben died on November 18, 2013.
