Bishop 'Billy' McCool Christian gospel vocalist and guitarist of Armanda, Michigan, USA. Bill and his twin brother Bob McCool, also a guitarist, have been able to both play the same guitar since they were 12 years old (according to a newspaper article from 2002). Billy McCool is also a Bishop. Spencer McCool is an older sibling of Billy and Bob McCool.
