Hypno5ive

Born on August 31, 1965 in Los Angeles, Hypno5ive is a DJ known for his work in the post-punk, industrial, ebm, darkwave, and goth genre. In the mid 80s he participated in the Miami proto-bass group Double Duce as DJ Nice & Nasty on the Hot Productions label. Throughout the late 80s and 90s he worked promoting alternative music and was a DJ at many South Florida clubs including The Backdoor at Club Nu, Cameo, Catacombs, and Marsbar. In 2007 he launched the site hypno5.com as an online music magazine and today is based in NYC and continues to DJ and promote events.
