The Black Sun (4)

The Black Sun is a pop rock trio from Singapore formed by vocalist Fred Goh, guitarist Ben Chia and bassist CK Goh. They are best known for their 1992 hit, "Love You Now." The song first appeared on their self-titled debut album, which they financed themselves, and was included on the BigO compilation, New School Rock II, the same year. Later that year, its music video received rotation on MTV. By 1993, they'd sign with Skin, a Singapore-based subsidiary of Japanese label Ponycanyon, where they'd repackage their debut album with new cover art, and a newly arranged track listing which also included several new songs. Their hit single was once again included on a compilation Red Hot & Skin, that year.
