US musician, singer and songwriter born September 4, 1913 in in Henniker, New Hampshire. Started his music career in 1935 with the Crockerville Mountaineers. In 1935 started his own band Musical Cowboys. In 1939 Ann Little joined his band and they soon married. The Littles moved to Canada in 1946 and returned to Maine in 1956. Retired from the music business in 1972.
